Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pizza dough
  • ½ cup Tomato sauce (or olive oil with minced garlic and herbs)
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup Crumbled ricotta cheese
  • ¼ cup Provolone or gorgonzola cheese (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Notes

  1. Preheat your oven to the recommended temperature for your pizza dough.

  2. Roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface or parchment paper.

  3. Spread the tomato sauce (or olive oil mixture) evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.

  4. Generously sprinkle mozzarella, Parmesan, and crumbled ricotta cheese over the sauce. Add provolone or gorgonzola in smaller quantities to taste.
